  • RSVP + Request Access: Players can RSVP, and non-players can request consideration for entry. All guests — including +1s — must be approved.

  • Guest List Deadline: The final approved guest list (excluding brand activation teams) will be finalized by January 30th. Event details — location, timing, check-in, and logistics — will be sent immediately after.
