About INSPYR

INSPYR Sports & Entertainment is a boutique sports marketing and event production agency that creates high-end, athlete-driven experiences across the country. From celebrity golf outings and youth camps to charity events, brand activations, and private athlete experiences, we work hands-on with professional athletes, brands, and foundations to bring ideas to life — thoughtfully and creatively.

We are a small, highly collaborative team, which means our interns don’t sit on the sidelines. You’ll be involved in every stage of the business, from concept to execution.

Internship Overview

We are looking for two motivated, creative, and proactive interns to join our team for the Spring/Summer. This role is unpaid but eligible for school credit and offers real-world, hands-on experience in sports marketing, events, branding, and athlete relations.

Interns will assist with projects across the entire business — helping build events from the ground up, supporting marketing and design needs, and gaining exposure to how a growing agency operates day-to-day.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with planning and executing live events across the country

• Support athlete-driven events, camps, brand activations, and charity initiatives

• Help with graphic design and creative assets (social media, decks, flyers, website updates, signage, etc.)

• Assist with marketing and social media content (brainstorming, posting, visuals, captions)

• Help research and outreach to brands, sponsors, vendors, and partners

• Support sales and sponsorship efforts (pitch materials, lists, follow-ups)

• Assist with on-site event operations (when traveling)

• Handle various day-to-day agency tasks and special projects

Because our team is small, interns will gain exposure to every part of the business — strategy, execution, client communication, and creative development.

Travel Opportunities

We host events nationwide. Interns will have the opportunity to travel with the team to select events, based on availability and schedule.
All travel expenses are covered for events you attend.

Who We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled college student (marketing, communications, sports management, graphic design, business, or related field preferred)

• Strong interest in sports, events, and athlete branding

• Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics

• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva required; Adobe Suite a plus)

• Comfortable with social media and digital marketing

• Self-starter who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to jump in

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects

• Strong communication skills

• Flexible schedule with ability to commit at least 15 hours per week
