Carley Sanfilippo

FOUNDER & CEO

Carley Sanfilippo has spent her entire career in the room — and it shows in everything INSPYR does. She got her start as personal assistant to Donald Driver — Green Bay Packers legend, Super Bowl champion, and one of Wisconsin’s most beloved athletes. For seven years, she managed his world: media appearances, community relationships, brand commitments, and the day-to-day of life as one of the most recognizable names in professional football. It was a masterclass in what it means to protect someone’s name, manage high-stakes relationships, and execute without margin for error.

From there, she joined a Milwaukee-based sports marketing agency, spending 11 years growing from intern to Vice President. In that role she built the agency’s entire event production division from the ground up. She produced television programming for the Green Bay Packers. She worked on radio alongside both the Packers and the Milwaukee Bucks. She wrote scripts, sold advertising inventory, booked talent, and built the live experiences that surrounded the media — creating the full ecosystem, not just a piece of it. On the events side, she produced some of the most visible athlete-driven productions in the region — most notably building the Micah Hyde Charity Softball Game from a concept into one of Buffalo’s most anticipated summer events: 15,000+ attendees, nearly $1M in community impact, and a sellout in minutes by year three.

In December 2024, Carley founded INSPYR Sports & Entertainment — bringing 13 years of media, events, and athlete relationship experience to an agency she built on her own terms. She works directly alongside agents, athlete managers, and team front offices — as a trusted extension of every athlete’s existing team. INSPYR is relationship-first. That’s not a positioning statement. It’s how Carley has operated her entire career. Based in Milwaukee, WI. Serving clients nationally.
